Design The design stage of a project is perhaps the most important part of any solution we develop. In this stage we begin a dialog with the client to determine what is needed to solve his problem. In a website or software project we discuss with the client basic things like color schemes and user interfaces. After a large number of ideas have been tossed about, we begin to nail down the necessary ideas that we will build upon in the next stage of the project - Development. Development Once a design has been finalized we move on to the Development phase of the project. In this stage we begin to take the ideas from the Design stage and craft them into fully functional applications or websites. Once development is done, we check each product to maintain Quality Assurance. Quality Assurance During this stage of the workflow process we run an application through a series of stress tests to ensure that it is ready for the open market. During this stage it is not uncommon to have the client test various versions of a product as it is being produced. During this time, the client may want to provide further recommendations for enhanced features or other modifications. Once we and the client are satisfied with how an application or solution functions, it is ready for Delivery. Delivery Once we have reached this stage, the product is complete... it has met all the requirements, and contains all the features, desired by the client. It is now ready to be put to work in the real world of e-commerce.
